Nurturing, nourishing and empowering practice designed for mamas to enjoy an hour of precious, undisturbed ‘Me Time’. Classes are tailored for your new ever changing self to help clear and calm the mind from the hustle and bustle and demands motherhood can bring.  Learn to appreciate your new self, your new role and enjoy sharing your experiences of birth or life as a mama in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. Revel in the tranquillity of some soothing and healing breathing techniques, postures, gratitude circles, meditations and finishing each session with a beautiful guided relaxation to help set you up for some quality sleep (however short that may be!)

  • Safe modified practice allowing mamas to reconnect with their bodies
  • Breathing techniques to help clear, calm and heal the mind and body and support mental health and well-being
