Soul Mama Yoga offers tailor made classes to suit your pregnant or postnatal body and your baby. To ensure you gain the maximum benefits that pregnancy and postnatal yoga will bring you, classes have been designed into 8 week blocks with consecutive attendance highly recommended.

Pregnant Mama Class

COST:

  • 8 week block: $200 (recommended)
  • 4 week block: $110 (optional)
  • Private 1-1 classes: $75/hr
  • 1-1.5hr class
  • Create your own private group in your own private space (min 5 ladies) and receive a 20% discount each.

A nurturing, nourishing and empowering practice with a strong emphasis on relaxation to encourage every pregnant mama to confidently know, listen and understand their new ever changing self.   • Classes are small and intimate with no more than 8-10 ladies.
  • No previous yoga experience necessary.
  • Consecutive attendance is essential to gain the most benefit from the classes.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and water.

Baby Massage Class:
8wks+

  • 4 week block: $100
  • 8 week block: $180
  • Private 1-1 classes: $75/hr
  • 1.5 hr class (Incl. refreshments & socialising time)

Touch is vital for sending a message of security, attachment and belonging for your baby. Classes encourage confident interaction for parent, grandparent or carer and baby through loving touch and connection. Recognise your baby’s positive and negative cues and nurture deeper bonding as you respond to them. Build confidence with your baby and as a parent, as you learn invaluable techniques to help calm and relax your baby.

Nurturing, nourishing and empowering mamas with their babies in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where they can build trust in each other to honestly and openly share their experiences of birth and life as a mama. Designed to be relaxed, feel free and comfortable to attend to your baby’s needs whether it be feeding, changing or simply comforting them at any time.

  • Safe modified practice allowing mamas to reconnect with their bodies
  • Encourages special mama-baby bonding time by incorporating their babies
  • Helps to heal the mind and body
  • Eases pain and stiffness in the pelvis, back, neck and shoulders common ailments from labour, birth and afterwards feeding

Mama & Me Class:
Crawling to 2yrs

Reconnect with yourself whilst feeling free and comfortable to attend to the needs of your little one. Allow your little one to play with others, interact or join in and have fun with them whilst building invaluable friendships with like-minded mamas. Create a balanced, supportive and positive entry into the wonderful world of motherhood with a little mover.

Mama’s Kids Class

In today’s world young children face continuous stimulation, pressures and expectations through the media, internet and new technologies, all of which has the potential to create distraction, unwelcome attraction, stress and anxiety in their lives. Yoga can provide children with an essential ‘toolkit’ to help cope with these using movement, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation to cultivate balance for their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Yoga encourages children to be kind, loving, patient, mindful, compassionate and accepting of themselves and others.
