“Kelly’s classes are soothing, supportive and catered to your needs. My pregnancy hasn’t been the easiest and Kelly has taken the time to listen and give out personalised, practical advice. I’m sleeping better and my anxiety and pregnancy aches & pains have reduced significantly. I particularly enjoy the ‘bonding with your baby’ aspect to the classes and the tips on breathing and positions to use in labour.
